Introducing Inktippedjourneys!
Click through for stunning videos, and a dream realised
Hi everyone, I hope you are well!
This is a special day for me, because I finally get to introduce Inktippedjourneys — a project which sits at the intersection of everything that I’m passionate about (travel, art and literature); a project which feels like true alignment.
Inktippedjourneys is a community for intentional exploration of the art, culture and texture of places, primarily on the African continent. It is a feast that you can partake in from wherever you may be. Each month, we will immerse ourselves in a different place, through photos you can contribute to; through conversations with creatives and community members who have found home, refuge, or inspiration there; through spotlighting art and truth that have come from it. At the end of each month, I will also share a piece I was inspired to create in response to the place. Because, when you experience beauty, you have no option but to respond.
For February, we start with Senegal, and have some amazing things lined up.
Inktippedjourneys has been my constant companion for a while now, invading my thoughts, and my sleep! I am so glad to finally launch it.
The first video below explains broadly what Inktippedjourneys is about:
The second video is an introduction to what you can expect from the page. I filmed it in Tarkwa Bay, in Lagos, and it is the essence of what this community represents:
Please join the journey. The community is mainly on instagram, but there is also a Youtube page, amongst others, all linked on the website. Please follow the page, and please share it. This page lives on community, and is for anyone who is interested in learning more about what these places feel like, and what meaning they hold for people who are linked to them. There is so much more to come!

Congrats on the launch
Love this, Ehae. I'm looking forward to following the journey.
